FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGY & NEUROPSYCHOLOGY SERVICES, P.C.
Neuropsychological and psychological evaluations require thorough clinical interviewing, collateral interviewing when
appropriate, comprehensive record reviews, and batteries of psychological and neuropsychological tests which are tailored
to each individual case and referral question.
Depending on the type of case, a review of the records can include but is not limited to discover related to the
incident in question, medical records, school records, employment records, and psychiatric records.
Our philosophy is that at Forensic Psychology & Neuropsychology Services, P.C., we conduct testing in a proper and
thorough manner that will meet the Daubert Standard of scientific validity and reliability and the Frye Standard.
We also administer tests that measure an individual’s neuropsychological and psychological response
bias and effort on the test. For our forensic cases, we conduct neuropsychological testing using a complete battery
of tests that evaluate the entirety of brain processing as compared to hypothesis testing. It is our belief that for
forensic cases, the stakes are too high to rely on an evaluator’s judgment and a complete battery of neuropsychological
and psychological tests give us the data to provide more definitive opinions.
We provide forensic evaluations for children and adults aged 5 and up.
