EVALUATIONS FOR CIVIL LAW

Neuropsychological evaluations determine the presence or absence of brain injury and cognitive damages from: Post-concussion syndrome; closed head injury; open head injury; toxic exposure (e.g., lead, hydrogen sulfide, mercury, carbon monoxide, etc.); anoxia; electric shock, etc.

Neuropsychological evaluations can offer empirical evidence of brain injury in the absence of positive MRI and EEG data

Psychological evaluations determine the presence or absence of psychological damages including: Posttraumatic Stress Disorder; depression; anxiety; panic disorder, etc.

These assessments are useful in a variety of legal settings including:

  • Detection of feigning and symptom magnification/minimization
