EVALUATIONS FOR CIVIL LAW
Neuropsychological evaluations determine the presence or absence of brain injury and cognitive damages from: Post-concussion syndrome; closed head injury; open head injury; toxic exposure (e.g., lead, hydrogen sulfide, mercury, carbon monoxide, etc.); anoxia; electric shock, etc.
Neuropsychological evaluations can offer empirical evidence of brain injury in the absence of positive MRI and EEG data
